Santa did it.

Today I was about to sit down on the couch and noticed a bunch of crumbs. I asked, "What happened here?" to which Alex answered, "I think it was Santa. Santa forgot to clean up his crumbs." Hmmm, not a bad theory for a four year old. We did leave cookies for Santa, although Christmas was what, over three weeks ago?! I just had to laugh.

They say the darndest things.

Alex often says things out of the blue. Sometimes the things he says are funny, sometimes sweet, sometimes perplexing. Here are a few of the most recent ones:

"Mommy, why does Frosty the Snowman smoke?"
"I don't like Devin's neck."
"Grandpa, please don't burn our fence down again."
"Mommy, I love you. You're pretty."

As for Devin, he is starting to use two-word phrases. He now says:

"Hi Mommy."
"Oh no."
"Aw man!"

Dancing kiddos

Alex and Devin do not stay idle when they watch t.v. They like to get up and dance! Here they are dancing to the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse ending song. (Don't look at the mess. Yes, we have a playroom, but the stuff somehow makes its way to the living room anyway!)

And of course they love to dance to the Wiggles. The song they're dancing to is called "Do the monkey (then elephant, then tiger)." As you can see, they really get into it!
